
NATASHA ROLAND




Natasha Roland is a New York City based clown, playwright, comedian, performer, and the latter half of the critically acclaimed duo Xhloe and Natasha. Natasha became a three-time consecutive Fringe First Award winner for Outstanding New Writing at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe Festival for their shows “And Then The Rodeo Burned Down” (2022), “What If They Ate The Baby? (2023),” and “A Letter To Lyndon B Johnson or God: Whoever Reads This First” (2024) which she co-wrote and performs with her partner in crime Xhloe. She has performed internationally, bringing her work to cities including New York City, Seoul, London, and Edinburgh. Recently, she was named one of the “Theatrely 31” as a young theatre maker poised for a meteoric rise.She received her BFA in acting from Marymount Manhattan College and trained in commedia and clown at Accademia Dell'arte in Italy. She has been considered one of the “most compelling performers at the fringe” by Joyce Mcmillan at The Scotsman, and a “fringe icon” by Broadway Baby.
