Xhloe Rice is a New York City based clown, playwright, comedian, and actor and the “Xhloe” half of the critically acclaimed duo Xhloe and Natasha. Xhloe became a three-time consecutive Fringe First Award winner for Outstanding New Writing at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and was awarded the 2025 “Offie” off-west end award for Best Performance. She made her feature film debut this year in Paramount Picture’s “Smile 2” as well as her off-broadway debut as a playwright for “A Letter to Lyndon B Johnson or God” as the winner of the Soho Playhouse Fringe Encore Series Prize. Recently, they were named one of the “Theatrely 31” as a young theatre maker poised for a meteoric rise. They are a graduate of the Theatre program at Fordham University at Lincoln Center and was named one of “the “buzziest Fringe theatre-makers of the 2020s” by The Telegraph and one of “the most promising young theatre-makers to emerge from Edinburgh in recent years” by Everything Theatre.
